With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Christian has established a track record of delivering architecturally distinctive, custom-built estates in some of the most prestigious markets, including Scarsdale, Short Hills, and West Palm Beach. Under his strategic leadership, CBG has grown into a dominant force in the luxury residential sector, with more than $100 million in projects currently in the pipeline
. The firm’s reputation for excellence is built on Christian’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, client service, and innovation.
In addition to his leadership in construction and development, Christian is also a technology innovator. He invented and developed a proprietary software platform that leverages data analytics to identify high-potential property acquisitions and predict the probability of sale. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fordham University, a background that informs his analytical, systems-driven approach to project management and operational efficiency. Outside of his professional endeavors, Christian is a devoted father of three and resides in Toms River, New Jersey.
