Jake Tirone is the Director of Acquisitions and Financing at Builder’s Edge, where he leads the firm’s efforts in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring real estate investment opportunities. He plays a key role in shaping Builder’s Edge’s growth strategy and expanding its real estate portfolio.
In addition to acquisitions, Jake oversees the financial strategy for Builder’s Edge — including investment analysis, lender relations, and investor communications.
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Jake worked in wealth management and earned his Series 7 license, gaining hands-on experience in financial markets and client advisory services. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Miami's Herbert Business School and brings a well-rounded perspective to capital markets, investment strategy, and deal execution.
