John Urchak
Co-Founder / Chief Operating Officer
John Cosmo Urchak is the Co-Founder and COO of Builder’s Edge. He is also the Vice President of Divine Luxury Development -- a premier luxury single-family home construction company operating across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. There is currently $100 million in active projects and pipeline across both entities.
John comes from a very diverse professional background. He became the youngest corporate executive in division history at a fortune 500 company. He then opened his Insurance Agency located in West Caldwell NJ nearly 10 years ago.
Simultaneously, John became a licensed homebuilder and opened Cosmos Contracting LLC. Recently John freelanced for multiple real estate investment funds, before Co-Founding Builder’s Edge and Divine Luxury Development.He plays a pivotal role in new business development, investor relations, and operational oversight.
After receiving an athletic scholarship to play Football at Pace University in NY, John transferred and later graduated from William Paterson University in NJ with a Bachelor of Business Management and Marketing degree. John is a highly active member of his community in Essex County NJ, where he resides with his wife and three children. He holds multiple board and advisory positions.
